When you place an order with Chef Alli's, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
You agree to follow all rules of conduct for the use of the preparation facilities at Chef Alli's.
You agree to provide at least 48 hours notice for any and all cancellations otherwise you may be subject to a cancellation fee. The only exception will be for a communicable disease or illness including but not limited to the common cold and flu.
You agree to take full responsibility for the transport, proper care and preparation of your Chef Alli's meals once they leave the premise. You will promptly transport your meals home and if not cooked immediately, store them properly in the refrigerator or freezer under 40 degrees F.
You agree to follow the cooking and heating instructions provided and make sure that your meals reach the proper internal temperatures listed below to reduce the chance for food borne illness.
Poultry: 165 degrees F
Ground Meat: 155 degrees F
Seafood: 145 degrees F
Pork and Beef: 145 degrees F
Casseroles: 165 degrees F
Stuffing, stuffed meats or fish: 165 degrees F
All customers agree to release Chef Alli's, Inc., partners, shareholders, officers, and employees from all claims, damages and liabilities which may result from preparation, storage and consumption of Chef Alli's dishes.
Credit Card Payments:
All credit card payments made online will be processed daily and you will be charged the day you book your session.
Refund Policy:

Private Parties:
Private Parties are considered to be a group of individuals of 12 or more that each book their own session. Only one offer can be used per visit. If an individual uses the party offer of the month, he or she cannot use any additional coupons on the same visit.
Coupons and Offers:
Coupons and special offers cannot be combined. Offers are not valid when a group of meals are split between two people.

Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.
